The Holiday Edit : WINTER

When you're packing for a winter holiday.. Every item counts! Bulky clothing takes up valuable kilos for air travel… so it's all about layers. But that doesn’t mean you have to compromise on style.

Of course you need a winter parker ... Preferably one with a hood. I choose my black quilted Parker from Aussie label @seedheritage

Don't forget gloves, a scarf and a beanie (or a cute winter hat) @sportsgirl usually has great combinations in on-trend colours. This season I'd look for rust or khaki. The right accessories can really lift your winter outfit in the style stakes.

You'll need some cotton basics for underneath jumpers and jackets. @hm is great for basic round and v- necks. If you're after thermals, @uniqlo are comfortable and affordable

Pack two good quality woolen-blend jumpers (I personally find pure wool a bit itchy!) @frenchconnection_au and @seedheritage are often my go-to stores for winter knits that are both warm and stylish.

A leather jacket - adds a bit of edge to your look. Mine is a vintage find - but @whitesuede styles are en pointe.

Boots - I would suggest a pair of ankle boots for day to day and some over the knee boots for style and warmth at night. I love my @tonybianco suede boots.

Jeans - two pairs, preferably with stretch. They don’t have to cost a fortune. I prefer @danniiminogue petite collection for Target. They’re great for hitting the latest colours and styles. Make sure you pack jeans suitable for winter. Summer ranges are usually light-weight material.

For wet weather - you can't go past a pair of @hunterboots. These are your ultimate a winter style investment. They’re not cheap but they last forever and will see you through chilly music festivals.

And don't forget a LBD (Little Black Dress) for going out - clubs have central heating and coat check-ins, so there's no excuse to scrimp on style!!!
